What Community means
Community affects whether information moves, weak assumptions are challenged, problems are surfaced, decisions are executed, and failure can be examined without collapsing accountability into blame. It is therefore an enabling condition for Awareness, Judgment, Responsibility, and Learning Forward rather than a separate cultural accessory.
